This is so easy and the fruit really makes it. The flavor is incredible!

1 16oz can of sliced or halved pears
4 chicken breast halves
1/2C balsamic vinegar
2 tsp olive oil
1C raspberries
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp dried thyme
salt and pepper
Drain pears and keep the liquid. Combine pear juice, vinegar and thyme. Cook chicken thoroughly and then remove from the pan. Add garlic to the pan and stir in pear mixture. Boil until thick about 10 minutes. Add chicken back to pan and stir in fruit. Enjoy!
